Painting
Countrypark Deed Restrictions do require that, prior to exterior repainting of our homes, homeowners must submit an Architectural Change Request to the Countrypark Homeowners Association’s (HOA) Architectural Review Committee (ARC) for approval. The primary purpose is to keep our home colors compatible within our neighborhood.
To facilitate the presentation of the approved colors, the ARC teamed with Sherwin Williams to post our approved colors on Sherwin William’s Homeowners Association Color Archive page. There are 97 approved exterior wall colors shown for Countrypark. For each wall color, there are typically two or three acceptable trim colors shown plus a range of compatible colors for the front door and shutters

Please note that previous ARC approval, or current use in Countrypark, of any particular color does not constitute approval for the future use of that color. The current color palette is the only standard on which approvals will be considered.
The HOA does not require the use of Sherwin Williams paints, but is using their webpage as a convenient method to present the approved colors to our members. Further, colors not specifically in the approved Sherwin Williams color palette can be considered for approval if they are within the range of the approved colors. The ARC will make the final determination if proposed colors are within the range of our approved color palette. This may be specifically helpful when considering colors offered by other manufacturers than Sherwin Williams.
In the process of working with Sherwin Williams, the HOA has established a commercial account which entitles our members to a discount (up to 30% depending upon the item) on Sherwin Williams products. Our account is the “Countrypark HOA” and our account number is 7199-1954-0. All purchases must be paid for by the purchaser. Our local Sherwin Williams store is located at 2430 State Road 580.
If you have questions, you are welcome to contact Kevin Christensen, ARC chairman.
